Mr. Eslam is the founder of Al Farouk legal Group. He has over 14 years of experience in litigation and arbitration field in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.

Eslam was hold many managerial legal positions in international companies, he has an extensive experience of working on large scale national and international corporate finance, Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, He Advised on numerous project financings and leveraged finance transactions. Eslam is also an experienced adviser in banking and financial services. In addition, provided assistance and advice to a large number of companies seeking establishment both locally and abroad, and he negotiated and drafted a wide range of agreements relating to commercial transactions.

	Bachelors Degree in Law – Faculty of Law, Ain Shams, Cairo, Egypt.
	Deploma in legal consultancy – Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt.
